Yesterday’s post

My entry to the Netherlands was exactly as I expected. From the moment we crossed the border, things were – again – back to normal. Windmills lined the roads, and the fields were filled with colorful tulips. The people – all wearing wooden shoes – were overly honest, but remarkably unfrustrated. Of course they were all eating cheese and drinking milk. What else can you expect.

Well, I – for one – expected my good old internet back. However, I’m not sure about my German provider, or German phone, but they’re uncooperative. I have neither internet, nor reception in the Netherlands. (And I thought they made coverage EU wide.) Because of this I didn’t manage to write a post all day yesterday. We arrived late in the evening, after several stops, at my mother’s place. Although I obtained the WiFi password, I simply didn’t think of writing. We talked. And from the moment I touched the mattress there was a deep sleep…

After a 201 day streak, it now abruptly ended… Even if this is yesterday’s post, my app won’t see it this way. So, I have to start again, from scratch… Bummer.
